My Horse
My horse lets me experience a little bit of freedom A small taste of clouds never felt by others When riding my horse Her ears turn into the most fine-tuned of radar Able to pick up anything and everything Her eyes turn into stars Able to show me a galaxy lost to human eyes Her body is a big cloud Able to show me what it is to be floating around a vast sky Her legs turn into the tide of the biggest ocean Able to sweep with long powerful strides covering the earth Her tail is the wind itself Able to decide when and where to blow Her face is a soft pillow Able to lay itself in my lap with a calmness never experienced by humans With all these physical characteristics we are forgetting the most important part Her heart and soul Able to touch me like no other and give me the sister and best friend I never had.
