Gymnastics

 

 

Gymnasts need strength, flexibility, and balance.

Gymnasts need great determination and desire.

Gymnasts need to be dedicated working out at least four hours everyday!

Gymnasts need to be strong mentally and physically.

Gymnasts need to always be focused because any mistake could lead to crucial injuries.

Gymnasts need to be fearless trying skills not many people in the world can do.

Gymnasts need to have total control over their bodies to complete the difficult skills.

Gymnasts need to be tough working out with pains, cuts, bruises, broken bones and more.

Gymnasts need to trust and listen to their coaches.

Gymnasts need to know where they are while flipping and twisting multiple times.

Gymnasts need to eat right and take care of their bodies.

THIS IS WHY GYMNASTICS IS THE HARDEST SPORT IN THE WORLD!!
