Black Enough
Black is a color, not the way I talk or what I eat. It does not define my character or what type of clothes I wear. It does not mean I have rhythm or that I know the newest dance moves. It does not mean that I can braid or that I attend a wild Baptist church. It does not mean my favorite type of music is rap or that I am from the city. Black is a color, so how can you tell me that I am not “Black Enough.”
