THE LIFE CYCLE OF ADAM DARREN DIVISE
Early years book to book to toy to toy to art to art to art got tired of reading got tired of playing got tired of getting tired
my boat my boat my little toy boat it broke it broke it broke my mom my dad too bad too bad don’t worry don’t worry don’t worry
to bed to bed to bed too late too early too early too early I always remember my waking and sleeping my worrying my hurrying my speed
Second grade book to book to paper to paper to gym to gym to gym got tired of reading got tired of writing got tired of getting tired
my pencil my pencil my big fat pencil it broke it broke it broke my teacher my tutor too bad too bad I’m worried I’m worried I’m worried
to school to school to school too late too early too early too early I always remember my hating and dreading my worrying my crying my illness
Thirdgraderitalin test to test to project to project to quiz to quiz to quiz got tired of studying visited a doctor who tested and tested and tested
I got medicine and help made a change in my life. For once I was slower and active. For once I was glad to be attentive, and For once I was calm and peaceful my insides weren’t jittery my outsides were still my brain was focused and all from the pill.
I’m better at things and not always worried. I’m glad that I got tested so that I’m not distracted.
